Located in the centre of Innsbruck, H5 Grauer Bär Studios & More is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments but this hotel in a medieval building is the best. Great renovation and design. The view of the cathedral is stunning. Location is the best I think.

Lechnerberg II is 1 km from the property. We booked during off season so the hotel was relatively quiet. Upon arrival, we were surprised to have an upgrade as Mrs Maya was generous enough to give us a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with the most amazing view!! Fantastic Finnish Sauna with real stone, very plush and quality feel of the property. Our apartment/suite had everything that we needed and more so short or long stays will be super comfy. The staff was very hospitable, kind and thoughtful. Absolutely want to visit the property again soon, could go on and on about the place.

There is also a restaurant and a bar. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast spread, scrambled eggs were delicious. Bed is large and comfortable. Rooms are clean.

The studio was spacious, stylish and offered everything we needed. We had a Mountain View and the spa/pool area was lovely. The location was central and just a very short walk to the Main Street. We would highly recommend and would stay again!
