Luigi and the staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment came with generous coffee capsules, champagne teas and jams. The location is between two restaurants and a coffee place in 2 min walk distance. The indoor garden and the seats is so beautiful.

The Art Nouveau Residence Ville Lago is located on the shores of Lake Lugano, 14 km from Varese. It offers lake-view apartments set in villas surrounded by alpine gardens. A swimming pool and private beach are also available. I stayed with my family for a week. The location is great - private beach at Lake Lugano and private pool. Our apartment had a grand balcony with a lake view, it was amazing. Apartment also had all the facilities to feel like home. There is an Italianrestaurant part of the hotel, which also offer delicious food.I am looking forward to go there again :). Cleanliness- property is very well managed.
