Each two-bedroom townhouse-style condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, a viewing alcove, and private balcony. Two bathrooms can be found in each unit, one of which is equipped with a 2-person spa bath. The unit is excelent for family. The location near the beach is amazing. The hosts are so kind and cooporative. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night. Next time we will book in advance to stay more days.

It's within easy walking distance to the coffee shop and restaurant at Otter Rock, the tide pools, and also gorgeous Beverly Beach with miles of uncrowded walking. Newport has excellent restaurants and all needed amenities. The A-frames are older but well-maintained. This was our second stay.
