Property is good n environment was good but the premises was not up to date, toilets were smelly, was not swept n kept clean. Electrical appliances n lights is very poor condition n same goes to the shower water was cold. Housekeeping services very slow and not efficient.

Very well maintained and very comfortable as if like we are at home. Will recommend to others and for sure will book it again if i going to Batam. The staff were very polite and friendly.
