The flat is 1 min walk to ferries to Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio and is 3 mins walk to the C10 bus which connects Menaggio with Como. It has a few restaurants nearby and is 5 mins walk to a mini market and a local restaurant which also sells bus ticket. It’s in an ideal location to explore como even if you choose not to drive. The flat is tastefully decorated yet feels homey. It is extremely clean and towels and other amenities are of good quality. Andrea the owner is very generous to provide complimentary water, coffee, tea, fruit, Prosecco and pistachio bar, as well as some suggestions for sites and other useful information such as ferry schedule. Even though some places were closed during winter and we had a rainy day, we truly enjoyed it whenever we returned to the flat.

Check in was easy. I liked that there was a lock box and the pictures to describe where to park and how to get in. Free parking was a bonus. Outstanding views, especially up on the second level. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have a market so close. Very light and bright and clean. Much quieter side of the lake despite the road. Good walking paths in both directions.

spacious and perfect for a family of four. It is not in the heart of the very touristic part of town, but close enough. Its calm and lovely. A beautiful short walk uphill takes you to one of the most breathtaking view spots of Florence.

Vittorio is a great host. From the very start (booking) to arrival and during our stay it was very easy to communicate. Vittorio was always ready to help. Upon arrival we got a very detailed introduction to the area and its main attractions, all the recommendations we got for food, visiting places, parking, etc. were great and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything you need. It is all new and all items there are very stylish. The views from the windows and from the terrace are gorgeous. Each morning we were finding on our fence a bag with tasty "welcome croissants". The location of the apartment is just great: you feel to be close to all the excitement of Lake Como and at the same time you see the mountains with a beautiful church up there; the minimart store is just two minute walk on a quiet street - and it has all the tasty foods you wish. Two minute walk downhill - you are at the lake, at the bus stop, at the ferry terminal, at the beach and at the start of a Greenway - a picturesque passage along the lake via the towns surrounding the lake. It was just a great stay and we all dream to be back.

The apartment was clean and tidy and has the most beautiful views from all windows. The location of this apartment was great for wandering and exploring nearby towns as everything was a walkable distance away. The walk up to the apartment was sometimes tricky with suitcases as it was uphill but once up there you forgot about the walk up.
