Everything. It's a truly cute historic hotel in a beautiful gorge I would never have found on my own. The rooms are nice, in a sort of historic-french decor. Breakfast is fantastic, nicely set, French bread, coffee to order, organic local yogurt, etc. Peaceful and quiet, a bucolic little river flowing by, walking trails, trees... it is all that it seems and more. Oh and fresh trout for dinner. What the French can do with a little butter, flour, lemon, and salt and pepper is amazing.

Very lovely host who goes out of her way to explain everything and help out. The apartment is in a wonderful quiet location close to a forest and with beautiful views of the lake and the surroundings. All public transportation is free thanks to the guest card (issued by the city), and it was very easy to get to the city/lake and back, buy groceries at the nearby supermarket, and discover other parts of the canton of Neuchâtel. We had a wonderful time and felt welcomed in this very friendly, comfortable and convenient place!
Good value stay in the centre of Neuchâtel. Basic rooms, which is as expected given the price, but would recommend for a short stay. Recommend having a twin/double room rather than economy as cleaning/replacement towels included.

The apartment is well-appointed, clean, and convenient for preparing food and relaxing. location is perfect to reach the old city as well as the waterfront. All restaurants are within walking distance.
