Just a call at the reception and everything was sorted. Very good neighbourhood. 15: mins tran ride to zurich hb and other part of city. If in zurich just go for city stay lindenstrasse. Staff were very helpful and welcoming via messages throughout our stay and responded very fast to any questions. It really exceeded our expectations.
