Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​. He made sure we had the best experience possible, whether it was suggesting the best photo spots or arranging transport. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out! The location is absolutely perfect — surrounded by local food stalls, supermarkets, and just a short distance from the stunning Tianmen Mountain. Everything was incredibly convenient. She was warm, responsive, and always ready to help — from recommending delicious local food to helping us place orders and explaining everything we needed to know during our stay. Her hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Guests can also relax on the sun terrace. Accomodation is a short walking distance (10min tops) away from bus station for Wulingyuan park and cablecar for Tianmen mountain. It's situated in a small picturesque street filled with tiny family hotels and street vendors selling everything from food to souvenirs. By far the biggest upside is hotel manager Rainbow who is the most helpful and kind person we encountered during our trip. Her english is really good and she's happy to help with all the questions you may find. Even if she can't help you right away, she'll do research on the spot and find the answers. She will provide you with a map of both Wulingyuan and Tianmen and explain all the route options and their cost. You will never feel lost with Rainbow in your wechat contacts.

I was lucky enough to have a great room on the 35th floor overlooking the entire city of Changsha . It was beautiful!!! on top of that my shower had floor to ceiling windows so I could see the other side of the city while I took a shower, which was pretty cool. The amenities are great, the gym was spacious and had everything that I needed. In addition to that they are attached to a supermarket and mall so if you ever need last-minute items, they are all there. I pretty much enjoyed every bit of staying at this hotel.

The location is extremely convenient, right in the city center with easy access to everything. Communication via WeChat was so smooth – they always replied instantly and were very helpful with any requests I had. The staff were attentive and responsive at all times. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Changsha!
