The apartment was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The location was great too close to everything I needed, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Valentino was a wonderful host friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. He made check-in smooth and even shared great local recommendations, which made the experience even better. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Paphos. Thank you, Valentino, for such a pleasant and memorable stay!

Within 500 metres from the beach, King’s Holiday Apartments features a free-form pool with a stone-paved sun terrace. It offers apartments with kitchenette and view over the pool and the old town of Paphos. If I can give this property 20 out of 10 I would. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and facilities are very well thought throughout for the best stay that you can have. I've traveled a lot and apartments are my preference for stay because of convenience, but this one exceeded my expectations. Bonus stuff that made our stay amazing: 1. The friendly host - Nikos was amazing and made everything possible for us to feel at home; 2. There was dishes soap, sponge, salt, frappe maker, utilities to clean the apartment (if you wish) during your stay, also let me mention that this is the second place in my life where the host left us washing powder for the washing machine, we were able to clean our salty towels before going home. 3. 10 min by foot away from Venus beach - a great place for relaxation and swimming 4. 10 min by foot away from Lidl 5. Bus stop to the Kato Paphos is like 5 min from the property 6. There is a small pool, which was impeccably clean everyday 7. A cosy balcony - with a place to sit down and sip your frappe 8. I really felt like home. If this place is available for you desired dates, I highly recommend you to book it! You won't regret this choice. The location is fantastic next to the Tombs of the Kings cental bus station and near Kings Avenue Mall. The location gives you the opportunity to explore Paphos city very easily with free parking in case you drive. The host provided all the information needed and answered all our questions immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable. Many power adapters were there for easy adoption. Welcome gifts: a bottle of prosecco, nespresso coffee, tea, and snack. TOP!

It’s a good size house with two bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Great that you have the small courtyard in the back where we drank our coffee and fed the neighborhood cats :) Kitchen - the basics plus washing machine and nespresso coffee maker !!! Water pressure is really good as long as you keep the water pump turned on. It’s near the bathroom door and it’s written not to turn it off :) Hot water is not a problem as long as you remember to turn the boiler on in the evening or morning. Blue button near the bathroom door. During the day water is heated via solar panels, so no worries. One TV in the living room- smart so you can have netflix and they have all UK SkyShowtime programs Great communication with the owners :) I really do recommend this place for families.

We’re more than satisfied (only sad that we had to leave Cyprus today), really recommend it!!!
