Quite simply, it's one of the best holiday bookings we have made in years. It was unfortunately a bit too chilly to properly enjoy and relax in the landscaped gardens, but Stefan - the host and owner - has done a remarkable job of modernising this old inn (and chapel). He provided us with everything we needed on arrival, was always available to help or answer questions throughout the stay - and our only regret was that we didn't book for longer!
