The property is set 200 metres from Parque de Santa Catalina, less than 1 km from Poema Del Mar Aquarium and 2.6 km from Parque Romano. Featuring a private entrance, the apartment allows guests to maintain their privacy. We had a great stay! The room was clean, in very good condition, and overall we were really satisfied. Everything was exactly as expected, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend! The location is excellent and is very easy to get around and explore the area. One of the things we really appreciated was the self check-in and check-out option. Picking up the keys from the secure box with a code was simple and convenient, allowing us to check in at any time without the need to coordinate with anyone. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. we will definitely come back to the same place, I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything to the host. He was really kind with us.

The place was easy to find, very clean, and had everything we needed. A lovely touch was the complimentary water, teas, and treats left by the owner—definitely a highlight! It’s a 15-minute walk to the airport, making it perfect for a short stay, though it would also be comfortable for a longer visit if you have a car.

The hostess and her husband were amazing! So kind, always smiling and extremely helpful with everything. They provided with all the important instructions about the apartment and the area. She left a bottle of a wine for us,a prepaid card for our laundry and even she let us leave our staff there because our flight was late. The apartment is ten minutes on feet from the old city, in a very quite and safe area. There was a terrace with view and comfortable sofas ,we loved it .Also the room had everything that anyone might need !! It smells very nice with comfortable bed and pillows! Of course perfectly clean. There are no words to express our stay. Thank you for everything! Gracias para todo❤️

The apartment itself is spotless and incredibly well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having access to a shared washing machine and a private drying rack for each apartment was a great convenience. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the owner. He is the kindest and sweetest host we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. Every morning, we were surprised with fresh juice—such a thoughtful touch! It’s worth noting that the location is a bit remote, so having a car is essential to get around. But if you’re looking to escape the stresses of everyday life, this is the perfect place—sunny, tranquil, and absolutely beautiful. We can’t wait to return next year! Highly recommend this little slice of paradise.
