The kitchen has all what you need to prepare a meal , the room is divided into two separate areas one for a sofa and one for the bed with two smart TVs . WiFi was great The staff was amazing especially Paloma and any concerns from our side were promptly addressed . Communication very easy with very smooth check in and out . Location near public transportation and supermarkets

The Polaroid camera which was free to use gave us a few beautiful gems to hang on to. The French Press and courtesy pouch of coffee was a lovely touch. These were really personal touches that I loved. We were 5 - 10 mins late leaving and met the cleaner exiting. She was so nice to meet and say goodbye to. Location was great. Bus stops and Metro close by. Lime scooters can be used and takes you to Gran Via in about 8 mins. Retiro is close and if your not lazy the center is easy to walk in to. I would 100% stay here again if I am coming to Madrid, and would consider Bob W wherever I go.

We visited the apartment with our two daughters and the apartment is perfect for a family stay, having two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is well equipped, clean and very well located (10min walking from El Retiro and with a lot of nice restaurants close by). Also a note to the staff, always very helpful and nice to deal with. After our first night we complained that one of the doors was making a lot of noise (when we opened and closed it), by end of day the issue was solved. Really recommend for family stays or two couples.
