The view from the balcony across the sea is exceptional and a great place to witness the sunset. There is no pool in the complex but when the gentle waters of the sea are 200 m away then you don't need one. A pleasant walk to a couple of lovely beach bars or a longer 10 min walk to the harbour of Malinska where there are numerous restaurants to choose. The property was perfect for our short stay! The neighborhood itself was very quiet and relaxing. Plus, only a 3 minute drive to the nearest large supermarket. Bathroom/Shower - very spacious and newly remodeled. Living Room - again, very clean with an air conditioner directly next to the bedroom. Kitchen - had all the necessities of plates, silverware, microwave, induction, pots, refrigerator, you name it.
