The view from the balcony across the sea is exceptional and a great place to witness the sunset. There is no pool in the complex but when the gentle waters of the sea are 200 m away then you don't need one. A pleasant walk to a couple of lovely beach bars or a longer 10 min walk to the harbour of Malinska where there are numerous restaurants to choose. Amazing location near the beach and at the end of a dead end street, very peaceful. Beautiful view and modern amenities. Two toilets were great, comfortable beds and a great balcony. Bathroom/Shower - very spacious and newly remodeled. Living Room - again, very clean with an air conditioner directly next to the bedroom. Kitchen - had all the necessities of plates, silverware, microwave, induction, pots, refrigerator, you name it.

The coffee station at our disposal was a lovely touch. The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is good (next to the supermarket and a few minutes drive to the seaside). Towels were changed once during our stay, which we appreciated.

The location is great, everything's been very close the beach, restaurants, shops, the bus station. The apartment is absolutely clean, cozy and has everything what you need for a very comfortable stay, so you immediately feel like at home. The hosts {Jelena and her husband} are very nice and kind people who are making their guests feeling like meeting close friends, although you are meeting them for the first time. They willingly met our special request {checking sooner, before the official check in, etc.} and the communication with them has been always very prompt and smooth. I can just warmly recommend this property to other people, whether they go with their partner only, or the whole family !!!
