Very bright and quiet. The place is ideally located, close to the temples, a small supermarket and small very good and inexpensive restaurants. The owner welcomes you with great kindness, attentive to your needs ( he gave me very good adresses for good and inexpensive restaurants :-) ) I wish him a lot of success, because we can see that he built this project with heart.

Location was perfect, it was near to all places. All shops, ATM, taxi stand, food etc were around. Flat was ventilated and spacious. It’s a value for money property. Highly recommended.

This is a huge unit to comfortably accommodate a big family. We got the top unit, it had a terrace as well. We spent the evenings and night in terrace. The view is great especially in the night -you could see Tirumala temple from this place. Another big plus are the property manager and the help there. They will get you everything you need and will come on a quick call.
