While our room didn’t have a tub, you’re able to book the sauna with one. The staff at Section L was so lovely and helpful, we loved our stay and look forward to retuning. They provide you with everything you’d need, with options to rent items: vacuum, rice cooker, additional clothing rack, to name a few. We also thought it was a great location for our 2 week stay and it was easy to get to/from the neighborhoods.

It is situated 20 km from Sankeien and features full-day security. The aparthotel features family rooms. The property was amazing. We visited during cherry blossom so the view was amazing. The futons were comfortable and could be heated. The bathroom amenities were wonderful. Located really close to the main shrine and close to many shops! Just a fab stay overall!

Special mention to Mr. Shresta jn the front desk today. He was helpful with our concerns, especially recommendations to dine. He helped us with our and airport transport reservation beyond his duty hours tonight. We would recommend this place to families and friends. Kaku Studio Apartment Ikebukuro offers accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of Tokyo, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. This recently renovated aparthotel is located 300 metres from Ikebukuro Mitake Shrine and less than 1 km from Jizo of Air Raid Victims. The property is close to popular attractions like Nishi-Ikebukuro Park, Wacca Ikebukuro and Ikebukuro Suiten-gu Shrine. Place is really clean and place owner Koharu-san really tries to help with everything. She sent me a video to help me find the apartment from the station and she recommended really good restaurants in the area!
