Without any exaggerating I’d love to say the it was the most thoughtful host I ever had. The apartment is quite big, clean, everything you need is there (+ a lot of coffee drips, bottles of water, matcha, hair dryer!). Additionally I want to add that the host had helped me and my boyfriend with the lost luggage. He called the delivery company himself (because we do not speak Japanese) and ask them to deliver the luggage to our next destination. Thank you very much! It was a pleasure experience.

Location : The location was absolutely amazing, a very short walk to the metro station which is on the Asakusa line and is very central to reach most of the touristic attractions. There is a 7/11 just around the corner. (Once you exit the building, turn left and walk straight till you reach to the school, right across the school there’s a tiny coffee shop. It became our favorite from the first sip! Amazing day starter!) Place : The apartment had everything we needed. There’s a bedroom + a sofa in the living room which can be used as bed. The check-in was super easy. The size of the apartment is great when compared to most of the apartments in Tokyo. Starting the day on the balcony with our coffee was really pleasant! Hope we’ll visit again sometime.

While the location was two bus stations away from the train station, we thought the location was fine. There were a few local restaurants that we were able to try. It had a great local feel to it. The rooms were very large by Tokyo standards. The futons were very comfortable, and they even had the option for it to be heated. This is ideal for a family who doesn't mind staying sharing a "room" together. We had 4 adults, but this place could easily fit 6 adults. You get the whole floor to yourself, and you will have your key with you. (we just kept it in the lockbox and changed the code). The room had plates, cups, water, and some simple condiments as well as pots and pans. While there isn't too many things to do in this part of Tokyo, it was nice to get a more local feel. There are a few grocery stores, and a few combines closer to the station.

It is situated 20 km from Sankeien and features full-day security. The aparthotel features family rooms. Everything! Location, friendly and responsive staff, cleanliness, style of the room, toiletries, etc. I don't normally leave reviews, but this was one of the nicest places I have stayed at in a while (when comparing price versus value).

Special mention to Mr. Shresta jn the front desk today. He was helpful with our concerns, especially recommendations to dine. He helped us with our and airport transport reservation beyond his duty hours tonight. We would recommend this place to families and friends. Kaku Studio Apartment Ikebukuro offers accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of Tokyo, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. This recently renovated aparthotel is located 300 metres from Ikebukuro Mitake Shrine and less than 1 km from Jizo of Air Raid Victims. The property is close to popular attractions like Nishi-Ikebukuro Park, Wacca Ikebukuro and Ikebukuro Suiten-gu Shrine. Location was pretty good! train station is a bit of a walk away but not too bad, and there are lots of good facilities pretty close to the place. In the apartment there was a projector which was one of my favourite parts, a comfy bed and some kitchen stuff.
