Jeru, the host and his son is an absolute dream. They are so kind and caring.
They also provided us with snorkelling gear, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, water bag, etc for free.
The room itself is as pictured and clean, AC works great and the room is well insulated, keeping it nice and chilly. Also nice hot shower and a beautiful garden.
I also rented a motorbike with great condition and great prices.

Great location to stay overnight for a next day flight. Was nice to have an apartment for a change and handy that it was ground floor. The flat had all amenties, a kitchenette with fridge and kettle. A balcony (no view) use of a lovely pool in the block next door (closed on Mondays). Lots of shops and eateries within 10 minute walk. Good WiFi. We noted that a selection of snacks and drinks were in a cabinet to purchase cheaply, handy if you don't want to go out
This is a convenient apartment block if you need to stay close to the airport. It's easy to check in and check out. It's about 5 minutes from the airport, but far enough so that you don't hear the noise of planes. The people at the reception were quite helpful. The flat was not very big, but it had enough space for one or two people, and it was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Lovely studio apartment with private bathroom, kitchenette, double bed and enough storage. There was a fan in the room but it would still get quite hot. It was nice to have a bench outside to watch the stars in the evening. There’s a little beach one minute walk away and it’s about 10-15min walk to the north beach. The location was lovely and peaceful.
It's an excellent price for a great apartment. It is a very safe and secure location, close to malls etc. As this is a condo in a residential building, it does not have typical 'hotel' facilities such as a restaurant but it's close to everything, with 7/11, a laundromat and a massage spa downstairs.
bathroom flooded and then leak through ceiling meant they cut huge holes in it to find leak. floor tiles all lifting and condo just not in good shape. Maintenace used towels to clean up the mess they made and had to request new ones. Pillows were so flat they were worthless and the towels so used you could see through them in parts. Very disappointing as could be a cool place with just a few $s spent. There is a charge for using the washing machine in the condo which seemed a little strange.
Not really a hotel, they’re full studio apartments. Around 30m2 with everything you need. Good for long stays. Bed was okay. Good location, even though it’s like 30 mins from IT park.
Comfortable little studio apartment, only a 90p, 10 minute Grab ride from the airport. Nice bed & linens, breakfast restaurant and little store right across the street.
Location: 19th floor studio unit of Baseline Premiere Condominium, jusr beside Citadines. Everything you need is already in the building. You can use the gym and pool. They have complete kitchen wares, you can cook , and do groceries at robinsons supermarket, just at the basement area of the bldg. Mini stop, coffee shops, restaurants and laundry shops are all within the area. Its also easy to go around, the area has taxi alley. Malls are just 10-15min ride. We will definitely book this place, when we visit Cebu again.
