We first received a welcome drink of our choice in a lobby, which was a very nice touch (you could choose from beer, coffee, tea, juice... many options). The lobby itself was very neat and designed well. We talked to the owner, who was very kind and friendly, also spoke English very well. After that we got checked into our room (a studio) - it was spotless, also designed nicely and spacious enough for 2. Location was easy to find, there is a parking lot right next to it. There are also some shops and restaurants around (that are even open late). Interior was nice, bed was extremely comfortable, there was also fridge, hairdryer, kettle, well - everything you need! Bathroom was also clean. Checking out process was extremely easy. We paid in cash (Euros - so if you don't have Dinars, don't worry!) It was perfect and on top of it - we unfortunately hit a nail on the road and had flat tire in the morning, I called insurance, but they said it would take up to 2 hours to find some car shop to fix it. Instead of waiting, we went to the owner and she was very helpful. Took us to a car mechanic right away, who fixed the tire in no time, and she even paid him for it. She wouldn't accept our money for the fixing. Very kind person, absolutely perfect costumer service and I recommend staying at here with all my heart! Can't wait to return here, when me and my husband travel to Serbia again. Thank you again!❤
