400 metres from Chaweng Noi Beach, New Seahorse Residence is a recently renovated property set in Amphoe Koksamui and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The apartment is really amazing and it has everything that you need to be as comfortable as home, including all amenities to cook. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom really nice too. The unit is brand new and feels bright and fresh. The apartment is located between Chaweng and Lamai disctricts which makes it a convenient location. Thought it is advisable to have your own car or scooter in Koh Samui, as the main ring road doesn't have a sidewalk. The apartment was very clean, in a quiet area where you don't hear the main road. It's in a calming place surrounded by birds. Parking is available in front of the property. Laundry service available just a minute away from the apartment. The communication with Johnny the host was very easy and smooth and he always replied to our inquiries and questions. He offered to arrange as well for a car rental service and drop off at the pier on the last day. Overall very good quality for the price. I definitely recommend it! Thank you Johnny :)

Condo (2 Bed) was very spacious, internet good and well condo equipped. What made somewhat special was the owner - the support, helpfulness and responsiveness was excellent.

The entire process of check-in, check-out, and motorcycle rental went smoothly and without any problems. All our room preferences were taken into account, and support was provided in booking bikes. The rooms of the residence are in excellent condition, with high-quality furniture, and the bathroom and balcony are also in perfect condition. The appliances in the rooms work perfectly, which is a delight. I would like to separately mention the internet - good speed and low latency, allowing it to be used for entertainment and work tasks. Another big plus of the hotel is the availability of underground parking for motorcycles. This is very convenient because the bikes are not left outdoors, reducing the risk of incidents. The location also deserves the highest praise. The residence is located in such a way that you don't hear the noise of the street, but at the same time, it is very convenient to access the tourist street and the beach.

New Appartement Fisherman is a beachfront property situated in Bophut, a few steps from Bophut Beach and 1.5 km from Bang Rak Beach. Amazing view and location. Beatrice and her team are super and made all to solve quickly any small issue and were very accommodating with check in/ check. Also strongly recommend the restaurant! Great food taste and quality at affordable price!
