Everything was at the high level, new, clean, convenient location, beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but if not, then it was very considerate of them to place us near the children's room where my daughter could play. ☺️ she loved it and so did we. The common space was quite chilly and there were no other people seen. The reception desk was dark and we were met by an elderly man. Beautiful hotel but a bit odd that there seemed to be no other guests.

The bed was particularly comfortable and I slept like a baby! It was also great to have access to a mineral water pump room, which made our holidays not only enjoyable but also recreational. Serhii, the owner of the apartment, was afraid that the room we had booked was not warm enough, so he offered an upgrade free of charge. Serhii also gave us a ride to the train station and helped with our heavy bags. It was really kind and thoughtful of him!
