The beds condo was clean and well appointed. Communication from owner was timely and informative. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived late evening for one night, so we only used the unit to sleep. However, it appears to have everything you need for a nice beach vacation. Nice balcony with dining table for outdoor meals.

Everything was sparkling clean. The location is fantastic- close to town but away from the main busy area. There is direct beachfront access and most nights I enjoyed the sunset on my own or with just a few people! I was able to come and go between activities around Tybee which was great, and it is only about a 20 min drive to Savannah city center. I had a small issue during my stay but the host was immediate to respond to fix the issue, and genuinely cared. I really enjoyed my time in Tybee at this adorable apartment. It was the perfect getaway and I would stay again in a heartbeat! I'm still dreaming about the fresh seafood at Bubba Gumbos right down the road!

All you really need to bring is your clothes as all your requirements come with apartment that has pretty much all you need for your stay. Refrigerator,stove,pots,pans utensils ,etc. Even soap and conditioner which I had forgot. I wish I could take the shower pressure home with me. The unit is located no more than 100 yards from beach depending on tide. This part of the north beach area seems quite a bit less active then other seemingly more popular areas. Even in mid March the pelicans dive and dolphins soar. The tennis courts with pickleball also look to be in great shape and newly resurfaced. This was our first time using a private residence (thru booking.com) and came away very impressed. I had spoken with the owners and they just seemed like really nice people and made me feel good about borrowing their home. I would highly recommend staying in this unit owned by these people.
