During this experience, you will head to the dark blue yonder of Faxaflói bay to search for the Aurora Borealis. Once you meet your guide, you will enjoy a ten-minute show that will include images of the Northern Lights and a time-lapse footage explaining the science behind the natural phenomena.
Next, you will get on board a boat with an open-top viewing deck. As you head out to the bay, you will feel the ocean lull gently beneath you. Once the lights appear in the clear, dark sky, you will be able to witness a dazzling spectacle. Later, you will be able to enjoy a break in the warm lounge with a hot drink in hand.

People with reduced mobility can join this tour. However, please note that the boats are not fully accessible, as steep stairs and high thresholds may limit access to inside areas and toilet facilities.
For wheelchair users, please note that light-weight chairs can be accommodated on board large boats. If you are a wheelchair user, please inform the tour provider of your arrival in advance, as assistance with boarding may be required.

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and can be highly unpredictable. If no sightings occur during your tour, you will be offered complimentary tickets to join on another night at no extra cost.
