The 30-minute audio guide is available in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
Children aged 5 years or younger can enter for free. Disabled guests and their carers can enter for free. Free tickets can only be collected at the ticket office.
A discounted ticket option is available for visitors aged between 6 and 25 years.
