This guided tour will allow you to get to know in detail one of Italy's most famous food products, the Parma ham.
After being picked up from your hotel or other meeting point in Parma, you will head to a local factory. Once here, you will begin this experience with a briefing session, followed by a visit to the factory to get to know the different steps in the production of this traditional dry-cured ham. A ham tasting and a glass of Malvasia wine will round off this tour.
