After a stroll through the crops, you'll travel up the Paúl da Serra plateau and down into Porto Moniz, famous for its natural lava rock swimming pools. For lunch, you'll dine on local produce in the village. Next, you'll cross over the scenic Encumeada Pass. You'll end your adventure with a poncha drink demonstration and tasting session in Câmara de Lobos. Poncha is a popular local drink that has a powerful brandy kick.
