On this guided tour, you’ll get to discover how extra virgin olive oil is made, and have the chance to taste it for yourself. As you follow your agronomist guide through the organic olive groves, you’ll be able to learn about the history and importance of olives in this part of Sicily. You’ll then get to see the olive oil being extracted and stored in the oil mill, before heading to the bottling room to see the final step in the production process. Before the tour ends, you’ll get the chance to enjoy a bread and extra virgin olive oil tasting.
