With this two-day pass, you'll be able to visit the Civic Museums and the Collegiate Church of San Gimignano and the Museum of Sacred Art at your own pace. You'll be able to skip the line at attractions including the town hall, the Archaeological Museum and the Pinacoteca and the Church of San Lorenzo in Ponte, where you'll see colourful frescoes.

Each stage will involve and stimulate the five senses for an experience truly immersive and interactive.

I'm Katia and me and my uncle Fulvio run the Tuscan cooking class in our family farmhouse. We are 4 km far from the fantastic town of San Gimignano and we teach you how to prepare a real Tuscany meal but most important we teach you how the food should taste. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to spent in a real Tuscany family. We'll make a lot of typical Tuscany antipasti, then we prepare primi piatti, and we make one type of pasta hand made, two different sauces for pasta, and then a second course with meat.

It is a cooking course where guests will be an active part of the course. Not a demonstration course but guests will literally get their hands on it! You learn simple recipes of our tradition, which can be easily recreated at home. The course takes place on my farm where I produce saffron oil, vegetables and raise chickens: the ingredients we will use are all very fresh, many of which are our own production. If time permits, we will take the course outdoors with a view of vineyards and olive trees and then eat what we have prepared in the open air, otherwise we will work in our barn. The farm stands on top of a hill in an oasis of peace and tranquility away from noise, cars and pollution. On request we can make a vegetarian menu.

An interesting visit of our small family vineyard with history about the property and grape varietals, olive orchards and wine cellar visit. Introduction on the Italian wine regulation followed by lunch with local products, wine tasting of 4 different wines produced at the estate and a dessert wine to finish.

On this tour, you’ll have the chance to discover the history and artworks of the Museum of Sacred Art. Established in 1915, the museum features masterpieces dating back to the medieval and renaissance periods, including Bartolo di Fredi’s wood painting depicting the Madonna della Rosa. You can also explore the adjacent Collegiate Church of San Gimignano, which houses various frescoes depicting stories from the Old and New Testaments. While viewing the artwork, you’ll have the opportunity to learn interesting facts and information from the included audio guide.

The tasting of the five wines and their combinations will be presented and served in our equipped and comfortable tasting room, where all our guests, even if spaced and safely, can enjoy a convivial and unique experience! For all those who have particular diets or intolerances, upon notice at the time of booking in the notes field, we are able to meet most dietary needs. The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings. The structure of the Rocca di Montestaffoli does not provide bar service (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.) It is also possible to participate in the tasting with children, for them our staff will prepare a selection of gastronomic excellences at a cost of € 8 per child.Remember that by law it is forbidden to administer alcohol to minors.
