The house is very spacious and clean. There were a lot of self-contained rooms like the lounge, dining, kitchen are all self-contained. The laundry was hidden in the hallway closet, very modern. A full-size bathroom with a full-size bath. The ceilings are nice and high, and there was two air-conditioners to warm the home and one portable heater. It was very close to the city centre but had some views. Being a freestanding house you get your own independence which is lovely and a nice little courtyard at the back and lots of little things like a portable clothesline, microwave, TV with the extra programs like Netflix available on smart tv.

Excellent quiet location near the waterfront. Apartment had great facilities and James left us plenty of supplies of tea, coffee etc. Super comfy large bed.

Lisa is the most incredible host! She was so lovely to deal with before, during and after our stay. We had a special group of friends together for a special weekend and she made us feel welcome and comfortable! I cannot thank her enough for all she did. Strongly recommend staying at this beautiful property, perfect location and the house itself is stunning. The house has all amenities you need for a short or extended stay. Extremely close to supermarkets, bottle shops and restaurants - and only 5 minutes to the city. I could go on for a while about how fantastic our time at Amberley was, but you will just need to book and see for yourself!

Great apartment on water front. Host’s provided for everything and more, that you could wish for during our stay (even hot bread cooking in our kitchen on arrival). Location although being very quiet, is close to everything , including city centre. Five perfect days.

The view of hobart is perfectly positioned to enjoy the tranquil surroundings of hobart. This place is relaxingly peaceful and private giving you the ultimate space to either rest and revive and or work with no distractions before being able to also enjoy all hobart has to offer with everything closely situated near by you could possibly need fot work or play.
