The villa is outstanding, pool was great although a little cold when you first get in (our holiday way in May). Our daughter decided to stay in the annex so that she & her boyfriend had their own space.

Pieris was always very helpful and made our check-in and check-out process very smooth. The apartment was clean and in a very good condition (actually almost new), in a rather quiet area of Paralimni. The neighbors were quiet during our stay, no bothering noises. The closest shop (actually huge hypermarket) 3 minutes by car and beaches/restaurants of Pernera and Protaras region only 8-10 minutes by car, so quite close.

very peacful location, huge villa, space for big groups, i loved the most the GYM and the dinning table. have all facilities include softplay for kids and playground area, we didnt use the pool as was cold but looks its a huge and spoiling. i would love to return in the summer.

This is a heaven on Earth, such a wonderful place, the nature, playground, the pools, vicinity of all main beaches. The kitchen staff are super nice and polite- the lady from UK, the Greek lady and the young man from, I assume, India. So wonderful people. The dinner is marvelous, so may choices.
