Absolutely incredible apartment!!! Modern in decoration has everything you could need for a wonderful stay in balaruc, so much so we are booking again for next year!! Perfect location, within walking distance to all the bars/restaurants and waterfront. Marine is very helpful, and communication is very fast and efficient.

The location was ideal. The beach and hosts of restaurants were within a five minute walk. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. It was a real tonic to the soul. A huge plus was that, being the first week of July, there wasn’t a crush of people. Our welcome basket of goodies was generous. The fruit juices that were included were the best wéve ever tasted. Our hosts were friendly and our welcome was filled with laughter and good will. It ensured a happy start to a memorable stay capped off with a huge outdoor market on Friday. Highly recommend a stay at this apartment

Everywhere spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, jam butter milk and biscottes provided. Gabrielle who welcomed us is a wonderful person that really made our day on arrival and departure. The flat is in a quiet residence, 12 minutes (flat) walk into Balaruc. The no 10 bus to Sete drops you right next to the residence.

What a fantastic property. Had absolutely everything we needed. It was clean. It was comfortable and the location was perfect for us. Lovely views from the balcony , not a lot more we can say other than it was perfect.
