Amazing property, gorgeous interior with much more space and character than pictures show. Host was incredible: Fantastic clear communication, a personal meet at the property, and even small things like a small bottle of milk and coffee/tea products left for us upon our arrival. Great location with everything you need within a 5 minute drive. Beautiful scenery in surrounding area also. Gorgeous harbour very near with beautiful views. Bedroom is a great size with the comfiest bed I've ever slept on! All in all, a phenomenal place which allowed for an unforgettable stay out of the city. I cannot wait to book again. Thank you 🙏

The interior design was very modern, and the bathroom was fantastic - usually water pressure in small hotels are not up to the standard. Bonus point for providing chocolate biscuit too!

The apartment was well prepared and had everything we could have possibly needed. Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, large comfy sofa's, great Wi-Fi, clean bedding and fresh towels. The apartment was clean and bright; in a great location, close to the beach and town centre.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Irvine, everything we needed was close by. Ideal base for exploring the area, the beautiful beach, the Isle of Arran and the train station (for day trips to Glasgow) was just a short walk away.

A really great room in a hotel that doesn't appear from the outside to have such great rooms. The hotel is very close to the industrial area where you can find all the stores you want. Restaurants are also close by and the ice cream parlor next door has very tasty ice cream. There was a great welcome basket! The bed was very comfortable and there was even a small kitchen in the room with everything you need for an evening in the hotel. The fee for the dogs is very small and is paid directly to the cleaner. The cleaning lady met us the next morning and was super friendly. In the backyard there was a small table with chairs to sit outside.

Stayed in Irvine bay several times as we visit Irvine alot. This is always my 1st choice when booking. Private secure entry system and everything you need for an overnight. Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.
