The staff were lovely (especially lucy in the bar), had the most amazing stay!!! Pub downstairs had a lovely atmosphere, and also an amazing shower in the room!

Fabulous location, close enough to Brighton, but far enough away in the countryside and yet still fairly close to the sea. The village and street was lovely and quiet. Delightful (albeit windy) walk over the Breacon Hill reserve to the charming Rottingdean village. The house itself was modern, spacious and clean, with nice quality bedding. The kitchen was well equipped, but I still brought along a few stainless steel and enamel/cast iron pieces thankfully, as I don’t like Teflon. It was lovely sitting on the terrace for lunch and late afternoon when the sun was shining. Brighton is about a 10-15 minute drive. All in all, a wonderful stay and would love to return!

A great place to relax with all necessary amenities catered for. The response on user queries was rapid and great assistance. Parking was catered for which was key. The property felt homely and well looked after. It was wonderful to be able to cook and chill. The ambiance of the place was relaxing.

Such a beautiful home, quaint and quirky. Atheistically perfect, everything in the house just fits the feel of the home. Excellent location. Central to marina and easy transport links into town centre. Clean and tidy and everything you'd need. Literally perfect.
