Beautiful flat, well-equipped and with lots of nice decorations. We enjoyed having our morning coffee in the garden, watching the birds and a friendly grey cat that came to say hello a few times. Susan was quick to respond to all messages and greeted us upon arrival. The location was also great, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. It was also very quiet at night. Thanks a lot for a great stay!

The house was clean and well presented. Located near the town, within walking distance of the seafront. The host had provided various necessities on arrival. Communication was excellent throughout and we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay.

Very close to the city center. Room with a big window and clean. Breakfast was not included but it is offered by the host. Surely a Place to come back again!

Nice welcome pack, clean and tidy room, 15 min walk to the town and beach.

Clean compact kitchen. Dishwasher cooker washing machine fridge freezer. Clean bright and so quiet. 10 minute walk from there to town centre. Definitely well worth the money. And O.M.G!!! Bed was soooo comfy. Such good night sleep for myself but mostly for my husband who is disable.

Charming and good value for money

Free parking was available which was a priority for us. The location was ideal, easy to find and only a short walk into town. The breakfast was very good, quality produce all well cooked. Our room was at the back and therefore very quiet, a comfortable room with everything we needed for our stay.

Everything was as we would want it -food, accommodation, position near to the esplanade, shops etc. The hosts were really lovely people who would do anything for us. We have happy memories of the whole experience.

The quirkiness of the great British seaside guesthouse never seeks to amaze me. Dave and Lyn are fantastic hosts. Dave has great chat and Lyn makes a fab breakfast. we loved the allocated breakfast times - it made it super chilled. our bed was wonderfully comfortable :)
