Everything was perfect the house has unique position and awesome view it has everything you need to have a great calm vacation The owners were extremely friendly and they helped us to know the places in the island and also they helped us getting our stuff from supermarket by their own car they met us at the check in and they were totally welcoming i totally recommend the place form great perfect vacation

Our stay at Zacharias' house was very pleasant. The house is fully equipped and the host was easily reachable for any need we had. Perfectly located in Perdika, within walking distance from the little harbour, shops and tavernas, and the nearest beach is within 10 min walk distance (Sarpas beach). The view from the apartment is amazing, 180 degrees over the sea with the sunrise and the sunset, the direct access to the sea (not the beach), the apartment itself, a duplex, bright, new and clean, with a small terrasse at each floor.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, which is part of a private house with its own entrance. It is well-furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Perdika port, where there are many cafes to enjoy. The host was absolutely delightful – very responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect. I am thrilled with my experience.

Everything was AMAZING! The property is just like in the photos, the terrace overlooking the sea is the perfect place for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. All the restaurants are in a 3minutes walk range. Very kind and welcoming neighbors. We will return soon <3
