It’s a very charming Villa with beautiful furnishings and an amazing view. It is located near an old Mountain village, where you can find everything you need ( Pharmacy, Supermarket nice Taverns etc.) Minas the Owner of the Property is the most friendly, welcoming and helpful person, he showed us what Cretes Hospitality means.

We spent a wonderful week in Kymo Instille Villa in June. The Villa is beautiful and fully equipped with high end equipment. Evangelia and her family are wonderful hosts. On our arrival Evangelia welcomed us with warm greek food and fruits from their garden. We especially enjoyed the pool which had always around 30 degrees, the nice outdoor kitchen and the outstanding view. Looking forward to coming back 😀

Very nice, clean house, perfect place for family. We were very satisfied with everything. Very helpfull Andreas and Maria. Enjoyed small jacuzzi a lot. The only thing we would suggest to rent a car , it's more convinient, if you stay there. Not far from from the house we found place where you can rent a car even without deposit.

private, has what you need, AC and WiFi, a country flair. it would be awesome for some couples for a longer stay .. sleeps 4 and crib in just one of the 2 appts - close to the airport and highway

-The host was friendly and responsive, with a nice welcoming cake in the beginning - There was a good amount of food available for us upon arrival including the mentioned before cake, water, some fruits. The kitchen was equipped with coffee, olive and sugar. - The kitchen was well equipped, with frying pans and pots. However there were some things missing (like toster) - Location was good - 15 minutes walking to the seaside. Close to big supermarkets with good prices (3 min by car or 10 minutes by walk), and relatively close to Iraklion, Water City Annapolis and other tourist attractions. It is also close to the highway, so easy to reach by car - It was nice to have terrace and the kids liked the chickens and ducks - A lot of toys and other things for the children to play. - Enough space for a big family - It definitely has its own charm - although honestly it was definitely not for us.

Pamela is very hospitalable, house very clean and spacious, nice pool area and amazing view.Highly recommended Espada for family or group.
