If you like crowds then this property is not for you. The accommodation is perfect for a real vacation and if you like to explore more beaches. The kitchen has all the equipment. The owner extended our stay on the last day.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Villa Elena … and special thanks to Konstantinos, who managed everything for us, even the necessary Covid-Test for our return flight. The house offers everything we need and the garden with the pool looks like a small Paradise. It took 25 Min. to the (small) Beach in Peraia by foot and it took 5 Minutes back by taxi (5 EUR or less) - that’s what we preferred, because the streets go up to villa Elena. The location is superb, because it is so calm and you have a fantastic few to Thessaloniki from the upper balcony. To visit the City we took the ferry from the jetty in Peraia to the White Tower in the Center of Thessaloniki (it takes 50 Min. and it costs 5 EUR each way). We will come back! We initially booked the room as it is very close to Thessaloniki Airport (15 minutes by car) where we had to pick up our rental car the next day. We were welcomed with a big smile and fruit salad. Stavros is a great host, warm-hearted and helpful. We walked down to the beach and had some nice food and drinks. You can watch lovely sunsets from the pier. We had the room with the double bed, Stavros provided a cooling fan and a little aircon. It’s a charming old house with a lot of cats in the back garden :)

Everything was perfect! Anna is a great host, maybe even the best we had during the years spent in Greece on vacations. Communication before our arrival has been very, very good. We got a lot of useful information from her. When we arrived, Anna and her husband waited for us and allowed us to enter earlier since the apartment was ready. We are grateful for that. A refrigerator full of chilled drinks and sweets especially made us happy after a long journey. The apartment is very big, spacious, and very well-equipped. The one who furnished it cared for everything - you can't find a flaw or something missing. There was enough space for 4 adults and 2 children - the apartment itself has about 100 square meters, a terrace, a yard, and its own parking space. The apartment looks even better in person than in the pictures. The beds are large and comfortable, there were enough sheets, pillows, and towels. After a few days, Anna even offered to bring more clean towels and change the bed linen, even though there is a washing machine in the apartment. The bathrooms (one on each level) are spacious and each has a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner,... whatever you could need. The children were very happy because they could use the game console and they are already convincing me to spend next summer at Christina's garden house. :) We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back.

We stayed for 2 nights the location is great about 5 min to the beach. The host was very nice, we had a little problem with the water and electricity but she immediately called the technician and fixed the problem. The apartment is big and equipped with two separated bedrooms. We were really satisfied with everything. I recommend it
