A fabulous villa, with everything you need. Amazing views across the hills, peace and quiet, a swimming pool and hot tub, and an excellent host. The drive to the villa (last 5 minutes) is on a mixed concrete and dirt track (ie some parts concrete some ddirt) and uphil. We only had a small economy car but it was fine getting u and down. Also worth noting the 3rd double bedroom is underneath the property and separate, which for most will be a big bonus as parents, couples, older children can have their own bedroom/space. If you have younger children who would stay in this room then this may not work so well, as whilst it is part of the property, you do need to go out the main door and down a small set of steps to get to it.

Paikka oli juuri sellainen, kuin oli luvattu ja kaikki sujui niin kuin oli sovittu. Omistaja oli todella ystävällinen. Huvila on kauniilla paikalla, vuoren rinteellä, mistä näkyy meri. Rauhallinen sijainti lukitun portin takana. Viihtyisä piha ja siisti uima-allas, jossa myös pienten lasten allas. Tilavat huoneet. Tuoretta leipää tuotiin joka aamu. Auto on tarpeen.

We were lucky enough to get a couple of nights here due to a prior cancellation. The hosts were absolutely lovely, and gave us advice about the local area and activities. The apartment is large, air-conditioned, and you get a gorgeous view of the valley down below as well as the sea. The village nearby has a couple of great restaurants also.

Huvila oli aivan loistavalla paikalla. Maisemat olivat huikeat ja saimme nauttia omasta rauhasta kun naapureita ei ollut ihan lähellä. Omaan uima-altaaseen oli hienoa pulahtaa silloin kun siltä tuntui. Kaupat, ravintolat ja uimarannat olivat sopivan matkan päässä. Ensimmäisenä päivänä omistaja vei meidät autovuokraamoon josta vuokrasimme skootterit koko viikoksi. Niillä pääsimme mukavasti kaupoille ym. retkille. Hän myös hoiti erinomaisesti tarvitsemamme taksikyydit ja oli muutenkin valmis auttamaan kaikessa. Erittäin onnistunut loma ja voin suositella. Meitä oli 8 hengen porukka ja kaikki varmastikin yhtyvät mielipiteeseeni.

A really nice and quiet place. Perfect if you want to experience a little bit of rural life in Crete. The owners left us some of the local specialities in the fridge, which was a nice touch!

The apartment was genuine using materials and stone from the area, efficient, and done with great taste and thoughtfulness. Beds were comfortable and upstairs deck was nice to spend time on. Everything in perfect working order. Couldn't ask for a better location since it was about an hour to most things we wanted to see on the west side of Crete. Very efficient system of keys/electronics -- power to AC, lights turned off when house was locked up In addition to a great property, the owners also had a fantastic Taverna with great views over the valley. We met them as we came into town at the Taverna, had a drink and delicious pastries. We came back to the Taverna several times, always good food and view!

Everything: beautiful and comfortable house with everything you need. Full of charme in every space, comfortable beds, nice pool, great terrace & patio. With a far sea view but still nice to see it. And excellent host with fantastic service totally personalised. Katerina welcomed us personally, was available for any questions or requests, she gave us plenty of tips about the area and things to do. We could check in earlier and check out later with no problem at all. Totally recommended. Ideally to rent the 2 houses that share the pool with 2 families. We had a very nice family as neighbours.
