Exceptional location overlooking the Adriatic and stunning Mediterranean architecture. The hosts and their team were incredibly attentive - we didn’t want for anything. It has that warm, personal feel you only get with boutique hotels without compromising on quality. The rooms were beautiful and tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The food was excellent and you could tell it was so fresh! I couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Ro-Ela. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The room has everything needed. Beautiful beach is very close, as well as it was possible to hike in the mountains to see sunset in the lookout of Elaphites. We recommend Villa Ro-Ela which made our holiday great :)

Rooms and facilities were OK, host was also very friendly. Close to a secluded rocky beach, within 50 meters, another larger beach with sunbeds and a beach restaurant within 2km. 30 minutes from Dubrovnik it is a nice option for a day trip. Our cat was also welcomed.

Our host Giovanni contacted me upfront to meet ,as access to the villa was on a crowded road and tricky to access coming from Dubrovnik. During our stay Giovanni was always available for help ( heated pool only as of end of September, but I called, and he immediately proposed to come over to arrange for the heating. he arranged for a restaurant at our arrival. only superlatives to express the feeling we had. We had a wonderful time. the view from the terrace was stunning . Direct access to the sea... the pictures on Booking.com are exactly as it is : a wonderful place to stay. please bear in mind that you really need a car as a couple of km out of Slano where you can do buy groceries, bigger shops are to be found direction Dubrovnik. This is a stunning villa. The location could not be better if you like being by the sea. A car is essential and access to the property is down a relatively steep hill but manageable for a medium sized car or larger. We loved being by the sea with a great pool and access to a kayak and paddleboard. Maro and his parents were perfect hosts and helped us during the week including on the last day before we flew home. The villa is accessible from Dubrovnik and we visited there twice in the week. We also drove to Bosnia (30 mins away) and Montenegro (90 mins away) - Montenegro is stunning and equal to Croatia. We thought that we would need to use the sofa bed in the lounge but our hosts had an extra bedroom for my son which we weren't expecting.

Amazing host. Tereza was so helpful, meeting us when we arrived, after suggesting where to do a little shopping beforehand. We received a guided tour of the lovely villa and grounds along with excellent suggestions of where to visit and which restaurants to try. The villa and facilities are amazing. Fabulous pool and easy access to the sea from the lower of the many terraces. A great place to relax in your own space and a good base from which to explore.
