This proximity to the beach also means breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the ocean waves are just a stone's throw away. One of the things that truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality provided by the host, Sam. He went above and beyond to ensure that all guests felt welcomed and comfortable during their stay. Sam's knowledge about Goa Tourism was exceptional, and he was always ready to provide valuable insights and recommendations on the best places to visit and things to do in the area. The property also offers a delicious breakfast option, which is conveniently located just 250 meters away. This nearby breakfast spot was a perfect way to start my day, with a variety of tasty options. An amazing stay! I can’t thank Sam and Yogeeta enough for all of their help to make our trip so perfect. The location is fantastic, a walk through the grounds to the beach and a short walk to the town. The villa was spacious and clean with a wonderful pool view.

The villa was fantastic lots of room, and very clean. We were met by Arlene the manager on arrival, we were early so she happily stored our bags until the villa had been cleaned. Arlene kept in contact throughout our stay advising of cleaning etc and helping with taxi bookings. Everything we needed was in the villa and Arlene spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked - washing machine, hot water etc. Arlene was very responsive to our requests. Villa is 5 mins max to beach and a 15 minute walk into Benaulim crossroads, where there is supermarkets coffee houses etc. Would highly recommend
