The breakfast was excellent!! Katia prepared everything so cool. THe bathrooms were beautiful, everything clean. She gave us a lot of attention, sent me a lot of messages for places to visit, to eat, to buy things. This was not my first time in Venice, but it was the best place I stayed. I'm sure when I return to Venice I will stay there.

The property was very clean and spacious. It was only a short bus ride to Venice from the property. The property had a fully equipped kitchen and it was close to a supermarket (please note the supermarket closes at 8pm). Hence, we could prepare our breakfast and dinner. It was just the lunch we ate out. Rossella, the property owner, was a very helpful lady. She was always there to answer all our questions before our visit. Closer to our visit she shared her mobile number in order to enable us to communicate with her via WhatsApp. Which was very convenient to us. The kitchen did not have a bread toaster. I requested a toaster in the previous night and the first thing next day morning, she brought us a toaster. The property is located about 18-19 minutes walk from Venice Mestre station. I highly recommend this property.

The apartment was especially clean. I had a late booking and Marta got the apartment ready for me in about 1/2 hour. She told me where to go to eat and I got lost. So then I checked in, she went out and got me a pizza! The location is awesome and just about 5 blocks from the boat taxi. Marta told me where to go and where to buy some things I was looking for. A fantastic host.

Location was great! Quiet place in packed Venice, a true Venice experience for us when we open window, then one sees water below you and local boats passing you by.

Amazing little apartment in heart of Venice with a private little terrace overlooking beautiful small canal. Sparkling clean, well appointed, with lots of cute touches. Maria is an amazing g host!

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation. The location was fantastic. We received a warm welcome and Nicola was kind enough to let us check out late . We were very sad to leave at the end of our trip.
