I really loved our balcony with our hammock and perfect views on the lake, I also liked the atmosphere, it's very cosy and I felt very comfortable being there. Horacio is a perfect host, always friendly and helping you with everyhing you needed. And Boris the dog is lovely. I also really liked the possibility to take one of the kayaks of the Hotelito to explore the lake. So easy and without any costs.

This place is amazing!! From the minute we arrived, Sebastian greeted us and made us feel at home. He sent directions to supermarkets, links to boat trips and allowed us to pay later for the canoes. Nothing was too much trouble! We were incredibly fortunate to have the place completely to ourselves and felt like we had won the lottery!! The location was breathtaking. The onsite caretaker was attentive but also gave us space as a family. We really appreciated his help and friendliness. We cannot recommend this place enough. A slice of paradise!!!!

This place was just amazing and was everything we could have wished for for our stay in Bacalar! It felt like paradise - very intimate and we loved the relaxing and very well maintained outdoor area. So many places to chill - only 4 apartments in the house, so enough sunbeds etc. Everything was totally clean and free water was even provided. The hosts were lovely and the room very spacious. Waking up with a view directly to the lagoon was breathtaking!
