I don't usually write a review, but now I really want to. It was Chinese New Year and the hotel I had planned was full. So I chose the first one I came across and didn’t regret it. Even though I'm by car, it's only 10 minutes to the sea. This is a homely and cozy hotel... The owner is very pleasant, even when I slammed the door he came back to open it for me. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. High-quality plumbing, mattress. Veranda where you can sit and relax. I was very amazed. Because I travel in this area often..but this is the best place in the area.

It was a very restful stay. Great value. Able to rent a bicycle to get around. Short bike ride to Aquarium, parks & town centre. Owners on property & speak English. There's grab there, too.

The housekeeper was already there when we arrived and opened the gate. She could speak a little English and contacted the landlord immediately and arrived after a few minutes. It was a warm welcome and the start of a fantastic time. The place is absolutely perfect for a couple of people. We were 6 people and loved the big garden, the big rooms, the kitchen, the pools. The garden is green and lots of plants help to make you feel like you are in a little hidden paradise. The pools especially because they are big, clean and perfect for a late evening swim! We had so much fun and the barbecue was our favorite. Also, there is a restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the property and had excellent western and Thai food. The owner was very accommodating. Every request was met promptly and she always checked on us if we needed anything. She even gave us a little tour of the city and brought us fruit to take home. If you are a group of a few people then you will love this place as it has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute scooter ride away and is a great place to spend the day. The aquarium near the pier is well worth a visit and only costs 2 euros to enter. There are markets everywhere and the best thing was that we felt like locals. Not many tourists at all. In conclusion I can say that Ms. Arun and her team are kind-hearted people, working hard to ensure everything is in order and keeping the place beautiful, nice and clean! We will be back! The Swiss owner went above and beyond to assist in any way he could I had a medical incident whilst staying there was no argument immediately off to hospital to get sorted I could not have been in better hand s the villa was short of nothing we had resort to our selves on most days we came here as guests but left as friends the food was amazing we did not get ripped off . Rito s assistant Tik she became our go to girl never a problem whatever we wanted we were accommodated my wife. Asked Tik could she get shown Thai cooking lessons not a problem came as guest went as friends Tik tips to Kathy were amazing from spring rolls to pad Thai and other Thai favourites were on the menu I tried to buy Tik a drink and got shooed away rito and Tik make this little piece of Rayong special not far away from beach so we taxid too and from everywhere and no trouble just call them and Tik arrives

It’s a little paradise when you get away from busy city. We stayed in a house that is very well-designed and we felt like home. The manager gentleman was very helpful, friendly and cheerful. We love the little swimming pool that we had private. The bed was comfortable and the house was very spacious for just two of us. The dogs of the owners were very cute and always come say hi to us on our property!
