It is a very clean an cozy place. We enjoyed our stay in many ways. The accommodation is well equipped and in good shape. The quality of furniture and decoration is great. The ambient lights are a highlight and the view from the balcony too. The small kitchen is well equipped. We did not miss anything. The owner is very helpful. We had some questions and he always helped us out. The pool was out of service during our stay but we got informed on time and received some cash back for the inconvenience. Now the pool is renovated for you. We highly recommend you a rental car if you want to visit places outside the village. The public busses are extreme unreliable. Locals confirmed us that you never can count on the busses. If you do not have a rental car you have to accept to walk up a short but straight hill to the accommodation. Everything in the village is in walkable distance.

The accommodation was a small house with AC bedroom , separate kitchen with all you need if you decide to cook, , a sofa and a eating corner with a big table , bathroom and WC .It is in his back yard, in a garden with few other houses and a sitting place , if you want to eat outside or to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It is 10 min walk from Oranjestad main street and from the marina with many restaurants and bars. You can reach best beaches by public bus from main bus station , also 10 min walk.

Todo muy bonito , limpio , una tranquilidad que no tiene precio , recomendado un 100 , everything was wonderful, clean and very quiet, I recommend it 100%

El Conde De Atrini is a guest house featuring rooms with free Wifi and air conditioning in the center of Santo Domingo. With lake views, this accommodation features a patio. This is the only place I'll stay in Santo Domingo. It's right in the middle of the Colonial Zone which is safe to walk around day and night for tourists. The rooftop view is STUNNING and I caught the sunrise and sunset each day. The kitchen is huge and modern and was a pleasure to cook in - just make sure to ask for a cutting knife if you need :)
