Tango and Manana the old couple who host this place are very homely and caring. Although we didn’t understand each other’s language but still managed to communicate well. I bought a home made wine from them for just Gel 10. Manana gave me some nice salad, cheese and bread with it all on the house. Property can be easily reached from the Boulevard by walking.

The rooms are clean, calm, with enclosed private bathrooms. There is a large common space with good equipped kitchen, large fridge, very large dining table available, and a beautiful shaded garden with seating outside. Available local fruits and vegetables for free. Free parking at the property. The hostsess is extremely kind and helpful, she made a fantastic dinner from local fish for us (after we found that all eating places in the village are closed off season) and treated us with home made wine. Staying here feels like staying at mom's place, amazing georgian hospitality at its best.

It's a rare case when the room looks better in reality than on the photos. The room was clean, the furniture is new. There is a small shared kitchen. The hosts are very nice and friendly. The hotel is located 5-10 min walk from the beach and tourist attractions.

Svetlana was the most amazing person we have met on our trip. Welcoming, friendly, and always looking to make things more comfortable and easier. If she saw we were heading to the river, she'd give us a big towel and matt to sit on. If we put a wash in, we'd come back to have hung up, and then folded on our porch. At the end of the trip she said she knows how special being able to take a break and be on vacation is for families - and she wants to make sure we had a good time. I sincerely hope the owners of the Green Bunny know that this place is so amazing because of her. The river is the perfect spot to be with kids. Just crossing the river there is a wonderful place for a traditional Georgian meal. At the Green bunny itself, Svetlana will make you eggs and crepes which our kids loved. The waterfall is a short hike and the most picturesque one we have seen in Georgia (or anywhere else). The small non-descript chapel in the village is actually stunning on the inside - and the caretaker of the chapel gave us fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from his garden. Communication was done through google translate, and while this isnt the most personal way to communicate, Svetlana's gestures and smile made it very warm and personal.

Great location just in the vicinity of the beach and in the centre of Anaklia, well-equipped, clean rooms - even with communal kitchens accessible to guests, and the most charming garden with hammocks to relax in. The owners are so kind, warm, and helpful in any situation. Thank you - we hope to be back!

They baking fresh bread every morning with homemade pancakes, yogurt and lots of homemade Georgians food for dinner. Location of house perfect, front you have Ushba mountain and back amazing flowers mountains. Back of house there is hiking road with good marked . They help with everything and smile all the time.
