The suites are so well done, very new and the site has been beautifully landscaped. The interiors are smart, good quality and clean. We had a loft suite and it was a great size, lovely view. Anna, George and Panos were so lovely and helpful. There was a few items left in the kitchen to help us e.g. butter, honey, coffee. Daily cleaning was a treat. Lots of thoughtful touches. The suites are a 15 mins walk from the beach and the beach side restaurants. An easy walk and there are closer restaurants and cafes too. It's a great spot to explore the rest of Sithonia.

There is a playground where kids can have some fun and a nice sitting area with few sunbeds where you can hang out. It is perfect that it has a parking that is provided by the property because I expect that during the peak of the season it could be a challenging thing to find a parking on the street.

We had a great stay here. the property is very close to the beach, extremely clean and the garden is a plus because the kids can play. They were changing towels and sheets every two day, we’re leaving coffee capsules everyday. The owner, Maria, a wonderful woman, took us even to the medical center because our son got stung by an insect, with her car. We will definitely come back again.

The manager was very kind, friendly and polite. They clean rooms every 2 day and change sheets and towells. We had water and espresso machine with enough capsules, smart tv with usb and hdmi ports in room, and sun umbrella on terace.

Kseynasa Suites — это отель, расположенный в городе Никити. К услугам гостей открытый бассейн, сад, общий лаундж и терраса. The Kseynasa Suite is an amazing place. We spend a perfect 10 days there. The room is nice, super clean (as was cleaned every day) and having all you need in order to have a trouble free vacation. The owner and staff was there every minute in order to make our stay nice and pleasant. The place is located in a quiet place in 8-10 min walk from the beach and 15-20 mins walk from the city center (touristic city center). There are almost no neighbor houses around and the place is surrounded by gardens with olive trees. As place is located not close to the beach it is peacefully quite there (this is my preference). If you are lazy :) or not in the mood for a sea you can stay at the pool with the crystal clear water, sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Room have small kitchen with fridge, stove, cookware, nespresso machine and kettle - so you can have you morning coffee or tea and cook in case you prefer homemade food. As supermarket just in 3 minutes walk from the property it is super easy and affordable. The WiFi is dual band (2.4Hz + 5Hz) with the fast internet access. And as TV in room is brand new, it is super easy to cast Youtube or other media from you phone directly to the TV. I am very thankful to Xenia and to all personal for this exceptional stay. And I am definitely will recommend this place to all my friends if they decide to travel to Nikiti.

Miranda is one of the best hosts we've ever had! Very nice, polite and helpful. The studios were very cozy, clean and spacious with all you need for a stay there. There is a parking lot with enough space for all the guests, the grill in common area is also there. To get to the sea you need 8-10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car, Toroni beach is great and there are other alternatives easy reachable by car. 100% recommended
