Roberts dog Rocky is also the best little companion.

Borja and Yuyun are excellent hosts that offers you the warmest welcome that you can imagine. They are very kind and help you with any and every question you might have about the place and the island. Every single item in the rooms were well thought. Room was very clean. Having a mini fridge, boiler in the room was great to have. Location is fantastic as it's a bit remote in the island which offers you a calm place to relax. Having the ocean right beneath you is remarkable. Food in the restaurant which is running as a side business, "La Boca Chica", was a great surprise for us as it really exceeded our expectations for taste and variety. We were not comfortable to ride scooter and Borja was kind enough to give us a practice session which shows how far they are willing to go for helping their guests!

Lake access and beautiful view from the garden as well as the room - I think The most beautiful out of all The accomodation I’ve seen while walking around Tuk Tuk Village. New and very clean apartaments. Great banana pancaces for breakfast:) Very warm and helpful owners- helped organize a guide and transport around The lake as well as futher trip.

Em frente à praia, Romlan disponibiliza acomodações de 3 estrelas em Tuk Tuk e apresenta um jardim, salão partilhado e restaurante. We stayed for a total of 9 nights in Romlan; in two different rooms. Where to start with the things we liked? First of all, the staff of Romlan is very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with calling and getting to the local pharmacy to get some medicines for sickness (one of us got ill and they called the pharmacy that was closed due to the Sunday Service and they opened up the pharmacy for us). The food and drinks of their own restaurant were amazing and very tasty & variable; good price value as well! The location of Romlan is also good: the boat drops you off at their pier and all the things in Tuk Tuk are on walking distance. The views from the rooms and restaurant are amazing. If you want to hire a scooter bike you can without signing for anything and you don't have to fuel up the tank (when you get the bike, the tank is full). A free refill water station is available and also some tips & tricks about the surroundings of Romlan and the transport options from Lake Toba to other places like Berastagi or Medan. Definitely recommended to book your stay at Romlan when you are looking for a place to stay in Tuk Tuk.

Palambak Paradise Resort Pulau Banyak situa-se em Pulau Palambakbesar, na região de Sumatra, e tem uma varanda e vista do mar. Great island. Great resort. Basic wooden hut with toilet and shower. Even without a fan (there is electricity from around 6 to 10 PM) it does not get too hot. Lovely, clean garden/beach area. Not too many mosquitos. There is Wifi (not everywhere, but it works). Good food, great host (Deni - contact him with whatever question you have, f.e. transport to/from the island). Enjoy the turtles, the fishes, the sand and the coconut :-).

All is good, just tired with roosters at the early morning! Near accommodation you find best restaurant with life music in the evening, owner was friendly and helpful! Price is so nice!
