It had e views! Very comfortable space.

The accommodation was flawless. We especially enjoyed the glass-walled room with its amazing view. The reserved parking spaces were a nice touch. We also liked the village, where you can buy basic groceries and medicines.

Great house in the beautiful location,

Taganana is a charming village well away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Tenerife. The place is a good starting point for several hikes and is close to a couple of good surfing beaches. Bring you own board though, since the shop at the beach has erratic opening hours, or better arrange the rental in advance with them. The apartment is located close to the central plaza that is very pleasant to sit on and contemplate in peace. The apartment is probably the best one in the village available for reasonable money. If I ever go back to Tenerife, I will definitely again stay in Taganana.

This place was just incredible. The house is so nicely decorated, spotless and the views are just breathtaking. You can see from the bed the pool, the village and the mountains. We mostly enjoyed the heated pool and the beautiful ocean views. Very well equipped and everything seems new. The hosts are super nice and gave us a lot of tips about things to do. We enjoyed the canarian food at Casa Picar, just steps away from the house. The beach is a short drive and we loved Casa Africa for nice fish. A truly authentic experience, we got to discover this charming part of the island. Highly recomended !

This apartment exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I had hoped to find but one can never truly tell from pictures and descriptions. I'll try anyway The location is sublime with spectacular views and despite its more remote location in the north it is easily accessible as the last stop of a bus route that's worth a ticket just for the views through the mountains (line 946 from santa cruz). A rental car, is of course also an option but not needed as the bus stop is around the corner. Unlike sterile resorts with the same drab manufactured presence, this apartment has enough to become part of the experience while offering all of the comforts you'd want on a vacation. The hostess is eager to welcome, accommodate and go beyond to share her pride in the apartment and the entire building. The entirety of which has a large pool, several viewing decks, and places to relax either alone or with other guests. Inside of the apartment there is a covered but semi-open kitchen / dining room to allow for the cool ocean breeze and enough space for a small family. The bedroom has a large and small bed with very comfortable bedding and a tv/wifi/fan.the restroom is uniquely positioned a few steps up from the kitchen as the building is built against a mountain slope. In general the nights were cool and quiet during my stay. As it appears to be a newer listing and business, the level of care and attentiveness is high and further improvements were excitedly shared with me. The pool, I was told will get a tropical makeover. Location wise, it is nearby to two trails leading down to the beaches below, which can be reached within a brisk 15 minute walk/hike. There is also a basic supermarket and a restaurant/bar. (Good arepas). The vibe is local but entirely welcoming. This is the place for someone who wants to go beyond the resorts in the south and the duty free type shops that are lined up to take your money.
