The house is gorgeous and has a wonderful garden with plenty of beautiful plants and shade to spend the hottest time of the day. It had everything we needed and the hosts were super helpful and always responded very quickly. The house is located in the quiet area of Alcudia three minutes walk from the nicest part of the beach (it is perfect for young children!). Can't recommend it more and will definitely come back.

Perfectly located next to the Port/beach with FREE public car park 2 mins walk away. The apartment is located on one of the best streets for food in our opinion, we ate at 3 fantastic restaurants here. Host was really helpful and provided lots of useful info and recommendations before our stay. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. We had a wonderful holiday

Full villa was exceptionally clean! Everything you need for the stay catered so well for the kids and 8 month old. Prime location with bars around and lidl just round corner. Great communication with easy villa's couldn't fault them. My friends first holiday in 9 years and they couldn't believe what we had booked for the price. Absolutely 5* rating highly recommend

Superb location, great facilities for several people. Lovely views, exceptionally good elevator (apt in the 4th floor). Three well sized bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning. Two dining areas, smaller one in the kitchen and bigger one in the living room. Good communication with the owner.

Flat located next to the sea. It has a supermarket in front of it. It is very well located. Easy parking in front of the flat. We will repeat.

Just exactly what we had hoped for:- A property situated in a quiet part of the town, but with easy access to shopping, beach etc. The owner of the apartment lived close (and would have been there quickly if we needed help) but we only saw the qwner on arrival and the day we left. Thank you for the use of your apartment, and if we ever come again to Mallorca we will contact you.
