This is a very nice hotel. Big comfortable bed, very clean room with a good layout (feels spacious). Room was nicely decorated. In the lounge area at floor -1 they offer great coffee and filtered water (and chocolates). There is a lovely garden as well. The staff are very friendly and the communication with them was excellent, from the moment the booking was confirmed until we left the hotel. We had a bit of issues with the app but the staff were available via booking, messages and also at the hotel. They do leave at 6 or 7pm so if you arrive later you should probably check-in on the app before you arrive and contact them if you have any issues. Good location close to center and port.

Nicely decorated, central and very clean property. Owners are very friendly and they assisted us at every step of our stay. They suggested a safe and good value parking place as well as directions for the things we may need in the city. I would definitely recommend everyone going Marseille to stay there.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well organised. The bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable. The location was very convenient with easy walking access to municipal electric bicycles, shops, bakery, train station, the old port and a host of boutique cafes, restaurants and shops. There was lots of hot water, and no shortage of any bathroom necessities. Communication with the host was excellent, whom I found to be extremely helpful and organised. In particular, I appreciated the detailed information folder which was sent to us as PDF in advance, and also in printed form in the apartment. All in all, a great stay

The house is well organized and clean in a good area full of nice pubs (the windows isolate well the sound so it’s still quite quiet in the apartment even though is in a busy street). Metro is very close, 1 min walk and the area has all you need. The owner was nice and made the check out and check in easy.

So very french and authentic . Very cool in the summer , great location although I wouldn't say suitable for those who don't like steep hills . End of the road has iconic views over the bay , quiet , excellent hosts . Washing machine was a god send , everything you need . I fell in love with Marseille !

As a picky female solo traveler, it exceeded my expectations: it is very safe, and Neto is an extremely respectful host. I was amazed by the snacks and drinks' options offered. Besides, you'll find all you need for hygiene and self care, such as extra toothbrush, band-aids and even nail polisher and daily feminine hygiene pads. The room has a good space to circulate for one or 2 persons, and the wardrobe has enough place to accomodate your clothes and personal belongings. I read in the reviews that the ambiance could be a bit dark, because it's a back room. If you don't mind about it, it's a perfect place for a quiet sleep for someone who's very sensitive to noise like myself. I went to the city during winter time, and the room temperature was very comfortable. Neto wouldn't hesitate to change it if required. I was looking for an apart-hotel because I need a kitchen and fridge for my cookings. But I saw so many excellent reviews about this place that I decided to try it, and it was the best decision ever. The micro-wave is super useful in case you need to warm your food, and you have a fresh coffee or cappuccino. Fred, the cat, also welcomes you. The house is always super clean and smells really good. I'd like to thank you Neto for helping me with local tips, and for assuring me a pleasant stay!
